At Salvi’s Trucking, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing reliable and professional transportation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested if:

A scheduled transportation service is canceled by the customer with sufficient notice.

A service is not completed due to a fault on the part of Salvi’s Trucking, LLC.

The service delivered significantly deviates from the agreed terms or booking confirmation.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Customers must submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of the originally scheduled service date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
3. Full vs. Partial Refunds

Full refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date.

Partial refunds may be issued when:

A cancellation occurs within 24–48 hours before the scheduled service.

The service was partially completed due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, road closures).

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or for no-shows.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:

Administrative or processing fees

Fuel surcharges once dispatch is confirmed

Third-party carrier or permit fees (if applicable)

Completed portions of multi-stop or long-haul services
5. How to Request a Refund

Invoice or booking number

Reason for the refund request

Any supporting documentation or communication
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
